Matrix.
This matrix was introduced in the marketing strategy section as well.
Where as the marketing strategy involves how to develop / penetrate
markets or how to diversify, the product mapping nails down what to
build in the context of the competitive marketplace.
If you are building a new product, specify whether it is for existing
markets or new markets etc. etc. here….If there are any gaps in the
product lines which the current product rollouts do not address, those
also can be mapped into the above matrix using different color codes,
for example.>>
